Alfred Pena
Rhythmology was founded by professional salsa dancer Alfred Pena. Alfred's dancing career began in college as a member of the Cornell University Ballroom Dancing Team. He continued his training with world-class dancers such as Victor Kanevsky, Andrew Phillip, and Bas van der Zandel. While studying Latin, Alfred discovered Salsa and as his passion for the dance grew, he immersed himself in the industry. Since then he has competed in several tri-state and national competitions and is currently performing and competing as a professional salsa dancer. Recently, with his partner Aleksandra Kozlowska, he placed third at the NDCA World Salsa Championships held in Puerto Rico.

Michelle Dallaris
Michelle serves as the operations manager for Rhythmology. Michelle is in charge of running all of the Rhythmology social events. With degrees in Fine and Performing Arts from Queens College and a Masters in Education from Adelphi University, Michelle is a very able instructor and performer, teaching adults and children salsa, and performing for Rhythmology's Performance Team and Senior Salsa Team . She has a strong background in ballet and modern dance, mainly Graham and Limon Technique.

Johanna Dejose
Johanna currently serves as Membership and Events Director of Rhythmology. She has been dancing salsa for one year, and is a member of the Rhythmology Dance Troupe and Rhythmology Salsa Team. When she’s not dancing, Johanna can be found teaching choir and vocal music to students of all ages. Johanna has a Masters Degree in Music Education from Ithaca College.
The focus of her graduate study is the role of salsa music and dance in contemporary music education.

Alec Nguyen
Alec started dancing 4 years ago with Piel Canela Latin Dance Company in New York City. Always approaching Salsa On2 with great fervor and passion, he quickly learned many routines and performed in the first Que Rico Mambo Dance Theater production. He choreographed and performed in The Evening of the Arts with several of his students. He always places great emphasis on the fundamentals of Salsa On2 so all his students can have a strong foundation. Due to his teaching experience in high school, he has a very systematic approach that is easy to follow and fun to join.

Jessica Bajohr
Jessica serves as both Marketing Director and assistant instructor for Rhythmology. She has studied and competed nationally in several styles of dance including jazz, tap and lyrical for over 15 years. During her college career, Jessica was a member of the Ithaca College Dance Team in which she served as captain. Her passion for dance lead her to Salsa and Latin Ballroom as a student of Alfred's one year ago. Outside of dance Jessica is a doctor of chiropractic working in Massapequa.

Jeffrey Pena
Jeffrey is in charge of public relations and development for Rhyhtmology. Jeffrey has alot of experience in online marketing, search engine optimization and advertising. Prior to joining Rhythmology he worked at as a graphic designer at Bonsai Productions, and marketing intern and product evangelist for Apple Corporate.
